Information The free camping and day use areas are at the top of the ravine into which the falls cascade. Dog friendly and accessible to caravans and big rigs. The falls are about 5 km from the Bunya Highway with the turn to the south at the hamlet of Kinbombi. The falls can also be approached from the south.

Located next to a camping area with picnic and toilet facilities, the Kinbombi Falls walks are a network of 3 short tracks that descend into a deep gully containing a seasonally flowing creek/waterfall. The combined walks could be done in under an hour, but it is worth setting aside more time to enjoy and explore the gully.

Wonderful overnight camping. Dec 2021. Wonderful free camp. Clean and tidy, well-maintained toilets, water taps and day use area with picnic tables and plenty of garbage bins.. Ten or so km east of Goomeri, Kinbombi Falls can be accessed by sealed road and provides a pleasant natural bush setting with some interesting short walks to falls.

There is a small toilet block and water available (only at the toilet block) and plenty of room for a dozen vans or more.
