Used trip.com to purchase four seasons Chiang mai. Was confirmed a week ago, now we are about to fly to Chiang Mai and check into hotel and we get email saying the reservation had to be cancelled. I have just gone on too trip.com and am clearly shown flights SYD/PER in Singapore $'s straight up, so need to see to change the currency, which is simple to do at top right of page.
