The Glen Grant distillery is located at the northern end of the village of Rothes, in the centre of the Malt Whisky Trail. Set amongst beautiful gardens, the distillery was founded in 1840 by two brothers - James and John Grant. With the River Spey and the Moray Firth close by, as well as malt producing farms, Rothes was the perfect location.
