Lufthansa has reaffirmed its plans to put the new first class cabins on its Boeing 747-8 fleet, with Lufthansa Technik developing the new seats for the aircraft. In addition, the Lufthansa Group said that it remains committed to holding onto its majority stake in the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) and other aircraft services company, abandoning the plan to sell its shares.
