This project started in 1988 when I sat down to watch the feature film 'Thunderbirds Are Go' which contains a sequence where Lady Penelope, and her chauffeur Parker, pursue the dastardly Hood. What starts as a car chase quickly turns into a boat chase as FAB1 converts into a hydrofoil, cruises out to sea, and shoots down an attacking helicopter.
