A simple google search will show you how to get one! after that you just place the .package files in the packages folder that is located in the "Mods" folder you made. So do Tuds - Lux and Surely , who all use either patreon or simfileshare, which means no wait time when you DL. Tho, there may be some early access stuff.

Other than that, there's not much Sims 3 stuff on tumblr I've noticed unfortunately, or it's really low quality "realistic" stufff. Grant Park window/door set (a huge set) by b5studios and Heritage set by Basimcly (on tumblr!) are my most used build stuff. Everything else for me comes from mass CC sprees on TSR or modthesims :)
