3 years ago The only thing I can suggest is make sure you have a copy of your Webroot Product Key and the Webroot Installer, Uninstall and Reninstall Webroot. It has been a while since I uninstalled Webroot but if you get the option to remove User Data I would do that to be safe. J +3 johnbor

Webroot support wouldn't speak to me as we didn't have a webroot support agreement. In the end I booted each machine into safe mode with networking and ran "C:\Program Files\Webroot\WRSA.exe" -uninstall which uninstalled successfully and then deleted WRDATA folder in program data folder. Was a pain in the neck and took a lot of time though.
